【摘要】 以第三方物流企业(TPL)在融通仓模式下为客户(主要是供应链中处于弱势地位的中小企业)提供融资监管这一行为作为研究对象,研究TPL的收费定价优化方法。基于无套利均衡理论,构建了TPL收费定价模型,给出了TPL在融通仓模式中所提供融资监管服务的收费标准确定方法。给供应链在融通仓模式和传统融资模式两种可选择模式前提下,以供应链整体收益最大化作为目标函数,TPL的服务成本费率为决策变量,确定了其决策的阈值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies TPL offering financing monitoring service to SMEs in the finance,transportation and warehouse(FTW) financing pattern,and tries to propose an optimizing pricing method for TPL’s service.Based on No-Arbitrage method,it constructs a TPL pricing model,and tries to get the market value of TPL’s service.Besides,it also discusses how to maximize the entire supply chain’s profits when supply chain members choose between FTW financing pattern and traditional financing pattern.更多还原
