基于三元交互理论ERP实施绩效及作用机理研究

【摘要】 基于三元交互理论的ERP系统实施绩效的影响因素可以整合为环境因素、用户行为和用户的主体因素三大类,通过对289位ERP系统用户的问卷调查,检验了各因素对ERP系统实施绩效的影响以及它们之间的相互作用。实证研究结果表明三类影响因素对ERP系统实施绩效都有影响,但影响效果及方式有所不同,同时证实了ERP系统实施绩效的影响因素之间的非互为平等三元交互作用。

【Abstract】 This study inducts triadic reciprocal determinism,and then splits the factors influencing ERP implementation into three groups of environmental factors,user behavior factors,and user personal factors,which constitute infection analyzing framework for ERP user information.By surveying 289 ERP system users,it tests various factors on the performance of ERP system implementation as well as their interactions.The evidence indicates that three factors have positive impact on the performance of ERP system implementation,but methods are different.It also confirms the unequal triadic reciprocal determinism of ERP between factors.
