【摘要】 目的观察生脉复律汤对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者心率变异性的影响。方法选择60例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛住院患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上加用生脉复律汤,每日一剂,连服2周;对照组给予常规药物治疗;比较两组治疗后心率变异性指标的差异。结果治疗组较对照组能明显改善心率变异性相关参数(P<0.01)。结论生脉复律汤可明显提高冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者心率变异性,从而减少恶性心律失常的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Pulse-Engendering and resume arrhythmia Decoction on heart rate variability in patients with unstable angina in CHD.Methods 60 inpatients with unstable angina in CHD were randomly divided into two groups,who were managed with pulse-Engendering and resume arrhythmia Decoction and routine treatments,HRV in 24 hours of patients was measurwd by Holter electrocardiogram and evaluated before and after medication two weeks.Result HRV was significantly increased in pulse-Engendering and resume arrhythmia Decoction groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Pulse-Engendering and resume arrhythmia Decoction could not be significantly improve HRV of patients with unstable angina in CHD,reduce Incidence of dangerous arrhythmia.更多还原
