氨水—草酸协同沉淀法制备超细CeO2粉体的研究

【摘要】 采用氨水—草酸协同沉淀法制备了CeO2超细粉体材料。用正交试验研究了制备条件对粉体性能的影响,得到最佳的制备条件。并用XRD、SEM、粒度测试等对其进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的超细CeO2粉末颗粒细小均匀,形状完整,具有完整的晶格。体积中心径D50为0.139μm,最大粒径约为1.5μm,基本上呈正态分布。

【Abstract】 In this paper CeO2 nanopowders were prepared by ammonia-oxalic acid co-precipitation method.Effect of preparation conditions on powder properties was investigated by orthogonal experiments,and the best preparation condition was obtained.XRD,SEM and TEM analysis results show the powder size is about 20 nm.It is found that the nano powder exhibits uniform shape and integrate crystal lattice.Volume center diameter D50 is 0.139μm and the maximum size is about 1.5μm.
