La-Cu系材料电磁屏蔽性能研究
Study of the La-Cu System Electromagnetic Shielding Paint
【摘要】 用铜粉作为导电填料,掺杂La,制备了La-Cu系电磁屏蔽涂料。通过XRD分析了样品的物相结构,采用交流阻抗测试了样品的阻抗特性,分析了不同掺杂量对涂层的导电性能、电磁屏蔽效能的影响。研究结果表明,La的含量为16.7%时,涂层的导电性较好,具有比较好的电磁屏蔽效能,在频率30MHz~1.5GHz范围内,屏蔽效能达89dB。
【Abstract】 A La-Cu system electromagnetic shielding paint doped with La was studied.Its phase structure was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The influences of the different doping on conductibility and electromagnetic shield efficiency of the coating were analyzed by impedance characteristic.The results show that the shielding efficiency achieves 89 dB at the range of frequency 30 MHz~1.5 GHz.It was found that when the content of La is 16.7%,the better conductibility and electromagnetic shield efficiency of coating can be obtained.
