镧助剂对Ni2P/SBA-15催化剂结构及加氢脱硫性能的影响

【摘要】 以SBA-15为载体,N i(NO3)2.6H2O为镍源,(NH4)2HPO4为磷源,制备了初始P/N i比为0.8的N i2P/SBA-15前驱体,然后添加La助剂,再经过干燥、焙烧和程序升温氢气还原,制备了一系列不同La含量的La-N i2P/SBA-15催化剂。采用XRD,N2-吸脱附和XPS对催化剂的结构进行了表征,以二苯并噻吩作为模型化合物,对催化剂的加氢脱硫活性进行了评价。结果表明,La助剂的加入能够提高催化剂的比表面积和孔容积,La以La3+的形式存在于La-N i2P/SBA-15催化剂表面;N i以N iδ+和N i2+形式存在于催化剂表面;P以Pδ-和P5+形式存在于催化剂表面。4%La-N i2P/SBA-15催化剂对DBT的转化率最高,在360℃下DBT转化率可达98.4%,显示出良好的深度加氢脱硫性能,添加La的催化剂仍以直接脱硫为主。

【Abstract】 A series of La-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalysts with different La contents were prepared by impregnating nickel nitrate,diammonium hydrogen phosphate,and lanthanum nitrate on SBA-15 support and followed by TPR method.The structure of the catalysts was characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption and XPS.The catalytic performance of the catalysts for hydrodesulfurization(HDS) was evaluated using DBT as model compound.The results indicated that the addition of La increased the surface area and pore volume of the catalysts.On the surface of La-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalysts,La,Ni and P existed in the form of La3+,Niδ+ and Ni2+,Pδ-and P5+.The 4%La-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalyst had the highest DBT conversion,which could reach 98.4% at 360 ℃ and exhibited excellent catalytic activity.The BP and CHB selectivity did not change when La was added to Ni2P/SBA-15 catalyst.The conversion of DBT mainly occurred through direct desulfurization and BP was main product.
