金融消费者保护的信息经济学分析

【摘要】 金融消费成为人们日常生活消费的重要组成部分,作为金融消费对象的金融商品具有高度的虚拟性、信息不对称性,导致金融消费者巨大的信息搜集成本。信用是金融消费成功的关键,但是信任不是凭空就能建立的,他们不仅需要证券技术,更需要金融交易法和金融监管法来支撑,尤其是信息披露制度的建立和完善,以实现对金融消费者及时、有效、适度保护。

【Abstract】 Financial consumption has become an important part of people’s daily consumption,and financial products have such highly virtual and more information asymmetry that they cause huge information collection costs of financial consumer.Credit is the key to the success of financial consumption,however trust should be set not only by financial securities technology,but also by financial supervision,particularly the establishment and perfection of the information disclosure system,in order to timely,effectively and appropriately protect the financial consumers.
