【摘要】 为准确度量我国建筑业生产效率,采用DEA方法分别从产业自身发展的纵向角度和产业竞争的横向角度对我国建筑业产业内部效率和外部效率进行实证分析发现:1998~2007年,我国建筑业虽然一直随国民经济的发展而不断的加强自身内部建设,提升产业的内涵素质,从而逐渐提高自身生产力水平,但自2002年开始,特别是2004年以后,建筑业产业发展速度明显滞后于外部环境,使得建筑业产业外部效率直线下降,产业竞争力正逐渐消失,这十分不利于建筑业的未来发展。最后,针对建筑业未来的发展提出了一些政策建议,以图促进我国建筑业生产效率的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to accurately measure production efficiency of Chinese construction industry,this article studies the internal efficiency and external efficiency of construction industry in China with the method of DEA from the vertical view of Industry self-development and the horizontal view of the industry competition.It shows that the production efficiency of the Chinese construction industry was parallels with the development of the national economy in 1998~2007.Its own internal construction has been strengthened,the quality of the content industry has been improved and its productivity has been improved continuously with the development of the national economy.However,the pace of construction industry lagged far behind the pace of development in the external environment in which the external efficiency of the construction industry plummeted since 2002,especially after 2004.The industrial competitive advantages have disappeared gradually.It is not in favor of the future development of the construction industry.Hereby,this article proposes some policy and suggestions for the future development of the construction industry to improve the production efficiency of Chinese construction industry.更多还原
