【摘要】 物流企业在存货质押融资中发挥着重要作用.本文主要考虑物流企业决策问题,给出了在银行增大融资利率,及企业投资风险大的项目时,物流企业通过调整监管决策来保持期望收益不减的相关结果.通过比较物流企业提供监管服务与银行采取激励机制两种情况下银行收益,说明物流企业只有提供满足一定条件的监管,才能获得参与存货质押融资的机会.更多还原

【Abstract】 Logistics enterprises play an important role in the inventory financing business.We give the decision-making of the logistics enterprises in different circumstance including the bank increasing the interest rate and the enterprises investing the projects with more risk.And we also give the conclusion that the logistics enterprises participate the inventory financing business only when it can provide a large degree of supervision.更多还原
