【Abstract】 The basic theory characteristic of openness,nonequilibrium and fluctuation order has universal value and significance of methodology. The ideal state of college quality-oriented eduation is different in approach but equally satisfactory in result with dissipative structure,its aim and target are in a typical state of nonequilibrium,and open to the environment. Nonlinearity exists in its status and functionality and its development and innovation depend on the fluctuation order. We need to conduct the following four points,improving modernization,doing a good job of one system,and seizing the sixth key points in order to innovate the system of college humanity quality-oriented education based on the dissipative structure theory.更多还原
