【摘要】 本研究采用问卷、访谈、实地观察等研究方法,对湖南省6个地州市的学前教育现状进行了抽样调查,发现湖南省学前教育事业发展迅速,师资队伍数量与质量有所提高,教育改革顺利推进,但学前教育发展格局欠合理,管理欠规范,区域、城乡发展不均衡,教师数量、质量及其待遇有待提升。政府应加强学前教育规划和管理,加大经费投入,尽快出台学前师资建设政策,稳定幼儿教师队伍,促进全省学前教育事业健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The researchers had adopt methods of questionnaire,interview,and site observation to investigate the current status of the preschool education of Hunan province,and found that the preschool education of Hunan Province has developed rapidly in the past few years.But at the same time there are many problems worth studying deeply and solving in the future.Especially the government should strengthen its duties in the preschool education development.更多还原
