【摘要】 加快发展农村学前教育对于缩小城乡学前教育差距,推动教育公平具有重要意义。黑龙江省当前农村学前教育发展现状很不容乐观,广大农村地区公办学前教育力量薄弱,学前教育经费严重不足,农村幼儿入园率偏低,农村幼儿教师素质较差。作为国家"中西部农村学前教育推进工程"试点省份之一,为改变这一落后局面,黑龙江省政府在强化政府职责,加大财政投入,推进基础建设,建立健全办园体制和运行机制,加大师资建设与保教质量指导力度等方面,出台了一系列政策措施与规划,为农村学前教育推进工程的顺利实施提供了关键前提和重要保障。更多还原
