【Abstract】 The system reform of furthering faculty building in the coordination of urban and rural education in Chongqing has been experimented for nearly three years.But the result is not satisfactory.This paper forwards the suggestions of "making high reward policy","implementing the system of rotating urban and rural teachers","dismissing mediocre and low-grade teachers" and "sending urban teachers to rural schools and inviting rural teachers to urban schools" so as to promote the urban and rural education development in Chongqing and to realize education fairness,high-quality education and the education the people feel satisfied with as soon as possible.更多还原
