【摘要】 建立紫外分光光度法测定刺五加总苷总黄酮软胶囊中总苷含量;方法:以总苷为对照品,在波长265nm处测定刺五加总苷总黄酮软胶囊中总苷含量。结果:用紫丁香苷做对照品,其线性范围20.56～102.8μg/ml,r=0.9995,其平均回收率为98.92%,加样回收率为1.5%(n=5)。结论:该方法灵敏度高,重复性好,简单,准确,是一种测定刺五加总苷总黄酮软胶囊中总苷含量的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A method was proposed for the content determination of Eleutherosides in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule by UV spectrophotometry.Methods The determination method was established with syringin as a contrast by UV spectrophotometry at 265 nm.Results A good linear relationship between concentration of syringin and its absorbance was obtained,and the linear range was between 20.56～102.8μg/ml with correlation coefficient of r=0.9995.The average recovery(n=5) and RSD were 98.92% and 1.5% respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and the results are stable with good reproducibility,so it can be used for the quality control of Eleutherosides in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule.更多还原
