香型软米水稻种质资源主要农艺性状配合力及遗传力研究

【摘要】 选用来自5个不同地方香型软米水稻品种和自主选育的6个香型软米保持系材料,按照NCⅡ交配设计,对其F1代11个主要经济性状作配合力和遗传力分析。结果表明,除剑叶长、每穗实粒数和结实率的基因加性效应不明显,剑叶宽和每穗总粒数的非加性效应不显著外,其余性状受加性和非加性效应达显著或极显著水平;亲本加性效应对每穗总粒数、剑叶宽、株高、千粒重和有效穗的形成起主导作用,而每穗实粒数、结实率、单株产量、穗长和剑叶长的性状表达主要受非加性效应控制,全生育期则受来自加性和非加性效应的共同影响;除有效穗、每穗总粒数和剑叶宽的性状表达主要受保持材料影响外,其余多数性状主要受地方香型软米资源控制;八宝谷、豪木允、豪木吕和文香25B的大多数性状具有较好一般配合力效应,可能是转育优质杂交水稻亲本的理想材料;狭义遗传力大小顺序是:株高、剑叶宽、千粒重、每穗总粒数、全生育期、有效穗、单株产量、穗长、结实率、剑叶长和每穗实粒数。

【Abstract】 5 aromatic and soft rice varieties from different places and 6 from self-breeding maintaining lines were selected to analyze the combining ability and heritability of 11 main agronomic characters by NCⅡ mating design.The results showed that,except the additive gene effects of flag leaf length,filled grains per panicle and seed setting rate were not obvious,and the non-additive effect of flag leaf width and total grain per panicle was not obvious,the other characters expressed by the additive and non-additive effects were significantly different between combinations. Parental additive effect on total grain per panicle,flag leaf width,plant height, 1000-grain weight and panicles per plant played a dominant role,and the filled grain per panicle,seed setting rate,yield per plant,panicle length and flag leaf length were expressed mainly by non-additive effects,and the genetic variation of growth duration was affected by the combination of additive and non-additive effect.The other characteristics were influenced greatly by traditional aromatic and soft rice,except panicles per plant,total grain per panicle and leaf width.The most characters of varieties in Babaogu,Haohuyun,Haohulv and Wenxiang 25B had good general combining ability,which were ideal materials for breeding of high-quality hybrid rice parents.The order of narrow heritability was plant height,flag leaf width,1000-grain weight,total grain per panicle,growth duration,panicles per plant,yield per plant, panicle length,seed setting rate,flag leaf length and filled grain per panicle.
