二苯乙烯苷对糖尿病大鼠肾脏损伤的干预作用

【摘要】 目的探讨二苯乙烯苷(TSG)对糖尿病(DM)大鼠肾组织损伤和氧化应激的影响。方法采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ6,0mg/kg)建立糖尿病模型8,周后,采用HE染色肾组织,观察肾脏损伤后病理形态学变化。测定肾组织和血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果糖尿病大鼠肾组织肾小球肥大,系膜区系膜细胞和系膜基质增生,TSG能显著减轻其病理组织学改变。糖尿病大鼠肾脏MDA含量明显升高,SOD活性和NO含量明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。TSG能显著降低糖尿病大鼠肾组织MDA含量,提高SOD活性和NO含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 TSG对糖尿病大鼠具有保护作用,其机制可能与其抑制氧化应激作用有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preventive effect of Tetrahydroxystilbene glucoside(TSG)on experimental diabetic nephropathy in rats. Methods Diabetes mellitus was induced in male Sprague-Dawley rats by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(60mg/kg).The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO) in renal tissue and serum were assayed by chromatometry.The pathological changes of renal tissue were observated by light microcopy. Results TSG could significantly decrease the content of MDA,increase the levels of SOD and NO in serum and renal tissue of diabetic rats induced by high-fat diet,and the effects were dose-dependent.Histological observation showed that TSG could also remarkably alleviate the pathological injury of diabetic nephropathy in rats. Conclusion TSG has protective effect on the experimental diabetic rats induced by high-fat diet and the mechanism may be related to its antioxidative capacity.
