【摘要】 目的探讨不同浓度布比卡因在蛛网膜下腔的阻滞效果。方法选择60例膝关节镜手术患者,随机分为3组,选用腰硬联合阻滞麻醉方式。Ⅰ组蛛网膜下腔使用0.25%布比卡因4m l;Ⅱ组蛛网膜下腔使用0.33%布比卡因3m l;Ⅲ组蛛网膜下腔使用0.5%布比卡因2m。l麻醉过程中连续观察患者生命体征和无痛平面变化情况。结果所有患者顺利完成手术,麻醉镇痛效果好,生命体征无明显变化,患者麻醉时间、无痛平面和阻滞时间在同组间无明显差异,而3个小组之间有明显的差异。结论相同剂量的布比卡因,在蛛网膜下腔阻滞时,阻滞平面随布比卡因浓度的改变而变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the spinal anesthesia effects of different concentrations of bupivacaine. Methods A double blind,randomised study was performed on 60 knee arthroscopy patients who aged 18~45 years,were divided into three groups averagely(Ⅰ,ⅡandⅢ).Spinal anesthesia was carried out with 0.25%,0.33% and 0.5% bupivacaine in three different groups.The cardiovascular changes and spinal anesthetic block height of patients in the study were traced.Results All patients safely finished the surgery with acceptable cardiovascular changes(P>0.05).Onset time and duration of blockade were significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05),but insignificant difference within each group(P>0.05).Conclusion At same dosage,the concentration of bupivacaine can alter spinal anesthetic block height.更多还原
