【Abstract】 It is of practical significance for Tibetans to communicate information,and inquire policies related to agriculture and husbandry through sending mobile phone short messages.The speed of Tibetan character input on a computer is not fast.Since there are fewer keys on a mobile phone keyboard,it is of even lower efficiency to input Tibetan characters on a mobile phone.This paper,based on an analysis of the textual characteristics and frequency of use of Tibetan characters,proposes a new R&D idea and algorithm for Tibetan character input,which can considerably increase the speed of Tibetan character input on a mobile phone.It can also be used to increase the speed of Tibetan character input on a computer.更多还原
