【Abstract】 Pre-constructional trust is the prerequisite for patients to actively build the harmonious doctor-patient relationship,since the realistic relationship wouldn’t be established unless patients give pre-constructional trust to their doctors.The pre-constructional trust is a simplified mechanism for patients to respond to complexities and uncertainties in medical services,a tactic that decreases their panic and anxiety,the trust of moralism and psychological contracts,and the belief in medical sciences and direct response to medical expert system.On the contrary.the pre-constructional distrust of patients may cause the break-up of a trustful doctor-patient relationship.更多还原
