【摘要】 采用一般自我效能感量表、职业倦怠量表和明尼苏达工作满意度量表对西部五个省市的105名农村小学校长进行调查,调查结果显示,西部地区农村小学校长的工作满意度水平较高,在性别、年龄、学校规模、文化程度上均无显著差异;工作满意度的三个维度与自我效能均呈现显著地正相关,职业倦怠中的情绪衰竭和低成就感均与内在满意度和总体满意度呈现显著负相关;低成就感、自我效能、情绪衰竭能够显著地预测内在满意度水平和总体满意度,自我效能可以显著地预测外在满意度水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Self-Efficacy Scale,Maslach Burnout Inventory and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire were used on 105 headmasters from the west of china to investigate the relationship among self-efficacy,job burnout and job satisfaction of them.The scores of job satisfaction were higher,and there were no significant differences in sex,age,school scale and education.Significant correlations among self-efficacy,job burnout and job satisfaction were noted.Self-efficacy was a significant indicator of external and internal satisfaction,and emotional exhaustion and reduced personal accomplishment were significant indicators of internal satisfaction.Self-efficacy and job burnout have impact on job satisfaction.更多还原
