【Abstract】 Management performance of domestic city commercial banks directly determine the overall performance of the banks.The research of management competency has aroused the concern of human resources managers and researchers.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis methods are used on the basis of questionnaires,showing that the management competency model of domestic city commercial banks has three-dimensional structure which covers the dimensions of internal quality,relationship management and management skills respectively.更多还原
