【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺病变的血流分级与收缩期峰值(PSV)和阻力指数(RI)的相关关系及其对良恶性病变鉴别诊断的价值。方法观察分析213例经病理证实的乳腺肿块的多普勒血流特征,分析血流分级与PSV和RI的相关性。结果乳腺病变血流分级与RI和PSV无明显相关性;血流分级、RI与乳腺病变的良恶性有相关性。结论乳腺病变血流分级越高、RI值越大,病变恶性程度的可能性越大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlations among blood flow classification,peak systolic velocity(PSV)and resistant index(RI)in breast lesions,and to discuss their values in the differential diagnosis of benign tumors from malignant ones.Methods Doppler blood flow features in 213 patients with breast lumps confirmed by pathological examination were observed and studied,and the correlations among blood flow classification,PSV and RI were analyzed.Results The blood flow classification of breast lesions had no significant differences between PSV and RI,but there were significant differences in blood flow classification and RI between benign and malignant breast lesions.Conclusion The higher blood flow classification or RI value of breast lesions,the greater probability of malignant lesions have.更多还原
