【摘要】 山羊绒生长期对陇东绒山羊母羊补饲不同水平的粗蛋白,试验期内每月中旬切取皮肤样品,实验室制作切片、观测研究。结果表明:试验组羊的次级毛囊直径、毛囊深度、毛囊密度、S/P及毛囊活性与对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05),毛囊深度、毛囊直径试验组略大于对照组;初级毛囊深度、毛囊直径差异显著(P<0.05),试验组间差异不显著(P>0.05),毛囊密度、S/P及毛囊活性与对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Feeding of proteins supplemented for Longdong Cashmere Goats in the hair growing period,skin samples were cut in the mid of each month during the experiment,skin sections were made in the lab for studying.The results showed that secondary follicles diameter,depth,density,S/P and follicle activity were nonsigficant difference(P>0.05),follicles depth and diameter of experimental group were higher than control group.Primary follicles depth and diameter showed notable difference(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between experimental groups (P>0.05),follicles density,S/P and activity was not significant different between experimental and control groups(P>0.05).更多还原
