固体颗粒在液固流化床内分层机理的探讨
Research on Stratification Mechanisms of Solid Particles in Liquid-solid Fluidized Bed
【摘要】 在对固体颗粒的沉降速度分层学说和密度分层学说两种理论进行分析的基础上,研究了固体颗粒在液固流化床内的分层机理,并通过窄粒级和宽粒级物料的流化试验,得出了固体颗粒按照自身沉降速度在液固流化床中分层的结论。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the stratification mechanisms of solid particles in liquid-solid fluidized bed are investigated on the basis of theoretical analysis of the settling velocity-based and bulk density-based stratification hypothesis.Then the fluidization experiments are conducted using the narrow-sized and wide-sized particles,and concluded that the stratified of solids in fluidized bed is based on the difference of their own settling velocities.
