【摘要】 建立RP-HPLC测定化妆品中白藜芦醇含量的方法。色谱柱为Shimadzu ODS C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5m),流动相为甲醇:0.05%磷酸水溶液(50:50),等度洗脱,检测波长306nm,流速1mL/min,上样量10μL,柱温为室温。结果表明白藜芦醇在0～200mg/L呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9997,护肤品样品平均加标回收率为98.8%,相对标准偏差为2.06%。本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,适于化妆品中白藜芦醇的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 An RP-HPLC method for determination of resveratrol in cosmetics was reported.Separation was achieved on a Shimadzu ODS C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 m) with methanol/0.05% phosphoric acid(50/50,V/V).The detection wavelength is 306 nm and the flow rate is 1.0 mL/min.It was found that resveratrol had good linear relationship in the range of 0-200 mg/L and the correlation coefficients of linear calibration curves was 0.999 7.The average recovery of resveratrol is 98.8% and the relative standard deviation is 2.06%.更多还原
