【摘要】 性犯罪是一个危害严重的社会问题。在司法矫正机构中,准确的评估性犯罪人的风险因素对于预测重犯风险、提高性犯罪人的矫治效果、降低重犯率,具有重要意义。本文总结了国外性犯罪人的风险因素评估相关的研究,指出性犯罪人的风险因素包括静态的风险因素和动态的风险因素。风险因素评估包括心理学、精神病学和医学方面的评估,但以心理方面的评估为主,如强大的性动力、扭曲的性态度、社会技能缺陷、异常的性特征等。评估工具分为主观性工具和客观性工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sex offence is severely harmful for the society.Accurate assessment on risk factors of sex offenders has greater significance for the prediction of sexual recidivism,for the effectiveness of sexual offender correction,and for the reduction of sexual recidivism rate in the correction institutes.Researches on risk assessment of sexual offenders are reviewed in this paper.Risk factors predicting sexual offense recidivism include static risk factors and dynamic risk factors.The assessment on risk factors includes psychiatric,medical and psychological assessment with psychological assessment as the major predictor,such as their high sex drive,distorted attitudes,low social skills,sexual deviance.The assessment instruments can be classified into the subjective(or self-reported) and the objective instruments.更多还原
