【摘要】 目的:观察白介素-2穴位封闭、口服泛昔洛韦减少GH复发效果。方法:白介素-2,40万U,加入2(利多卡因2m l中,做八髎穴封闭。1次选对称的4个穴位,上髎、中髎1组,次髎、下髎1组,交替封闭。同时口服泛昔洛韦片,0.25,1天3次。共6天。每4周重复1次,共预防治疗1年。结果:共观察200例,1年不复发26例;复发2次以内102例;复发2次以上72例;取得了很好的效果。结论:白介素-2八髎穴封闭、口服泛昔洛韦,对预防GH复发具有很好的效果,对彻底治疗GH提供了新的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To observe the effect of IL2 acupoints Baliao block combined with oral intake of famciclovir on the prevention of GH recurrence.Methods: Baliao acupoints was blocked with IL2 added with 2ml of lidocaine.At the same time,patients were administered with famciclovir three times daily,0.25mg each time.The treatment course lasted for 6 days,and then was repeated every four weeks.Results: One year follow-up of 200 cases indicated 26 non-recurrence cases,102 cases of twice or less recurrence,and 72 cases of more than twice recurrence.The treatment has achieved satisfactory effects.Conclusion: IL2 acupoints Baliao block combined with oral administration of famciclovir has good prevention effects on GH recurrence,and has provided a new way for GH treatment.更多还原
