【摘要】 目的:观察小剂量Tadalafil对轻中度阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)合并早泄(PE)的治疗作用。方法:轻中度ED同时伴有PE的患者60例。口服Tadalafil 5mg,每日1次,疗程4周。比较治疗前后阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)、射精的控制感和性满意度。结果:52例(86.7%)完成观察。其中轻度ED 36例、中度ED 16例,治疗前轻度和中度ED的平均IELT无显著性差异。治疗后平均IELT明显延长,分别为基线值的3.3倍(轻度ED)和2.2倍(中度ED)。射精控制感和性满意度亦明显改善。结论:小剂量Tadalafil持续服用,能有效地治疗轻中度ED合并的PE,提高射精控制能力,延长IELT,改善性满意度。疗效与ED的程度有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To evaluate the effect of small dose of Tadalafil in treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED) comorbid with premature ejaculation(PE).Methods:A total of 60 patients with ED and PE were randomly enrolled in the study.All the participants took Tadalafil 5mg once a day and the observatory duration lasted 4 weeks.International index of erectile function(IIEF) domain score,Intravaginal ejaculatory latency time(IELT),control and sexual satisfaction were measured before and after the therapy,and the pre-and the post-treatment data were compared.Results: A total of 52 case(86.7%) finished the study,16 of them with mild ED and 36 with moderate ED.There are no significant differences for the baseline IELT between those with mild ED and moderate ED.After treament,mean IELT levels of those with mild and moderate ED were significantly improved from the baseline levels to 3.3 and 2.2 fold of the initial levels,respectively.Also,control and satisfaction were significantly improved.Conclusions: Chronic administration of Tadalafil with low dose can effectively improve ED comorbid with PE.With the use of Tadalafil,an increasing of the abilities of control,a delaying of IELT and an improving of satisfaction can be achieved.Moreover,our paper showed that the efficacy of Tadalafil on PE was correlate with the severity of ED.更多还原
