【摘要】 目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)术前选用不同的滴眼剂对泪膜的影响情况。方法收集2010年12月至2011年3月行LASIK手术的患者,随机将他们分为两组,Ⅰ组术前3d使用氧氟沙星滴眼液;Ⅱ组术前3d使用氧氟沙星滴眼液,同时使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液。用药前进行泪液分泌量(SchirmerⅠ试验,不用麻药)、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色、OCT检查泪河情况等。用药3d后再次行泪河OCT检查,与用药前进行比较。结果用药前泪河的OCT检查结果:Ⅰ组泪河面积(0.025±0.015)mm2,长度(248.59±77.33)mm2,高度(179.26±45.20)μm;Ⅱ组泪河面积(0.021±0.015)mm2,长度(228.77±46.47)μm,高度(179.12±38.70)μm。用药前两组相比泪河的长度差异有统计学意义(Ⅰ组>Ⅱ组)(P=0.003)。用药3d后泪河的OCT检查结果:Ⅰ组泪河面积(0.021±0.013)mm2,长度(225.32±54.80)μm,高度(171.65±40.30)μm;Ⅱ组泪河面积(0.025±0.017)mm2,长度(248.27±82.80)μm,高度(189.95±53.80)μm。泪河高度Ⅱ组大于Ⅰ组(P=0.048)。用药前后组内相比,Ⅰ组的泪河面积和长度均较用药前降低(P=0.047,0.011);Ⅱ组三项指标均较用药前提高,其中泪河长度差异有统计学意义(P=0.04)。结论 LASIK术前用抗生素滴眼剂的同时,加用玻璃酸钠滴眼液,可中和抗生素滴眼液对泪膜的影响,增加泪液量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence on tear film of different eye drops before laser in situ keartomileusis(LASIK).Methods Patients with LASIK from December 2010 to March 2011 were divided into 2 groups:Group Ⅰ used antibiotic eye drops(Ofloxacin) at 3 days before operation;GroupⅡ used antibiotic eye drops(Ofloxacin) and sodium hyaluronate eye drops at 3 days before operation.Schirmer Ⅰ test,tear break-up time(BUT),corneal fluorescine staining and optical coherence tomography(OCT) were taken.At 3 days after using different eye drops,lacrimal riuer was detected with OCT again,and compared with the outcomes before using eye drops.Results OCT results of lacrimal riuer before using eye drops:area was(0.025±0.015)mm2,length was(248.59±77.33)mm and height was(179.26±45.20)μm for lacrimal riuer in Group Ⅰ,area was(0.021±0.015)mm2,length was(228.77.59±46.47)mm and height was(179.12±438.70)μm for lacrimal riuer in GroupⅡ.There was statistical difference in length of lacrimal riuer(P=0.003).The OCT results of lacrimal riuer at 3 days after using eye drops:area was(0.021±0.013)mm2,length was(225.32±54.80)mm and height was(171.65±40.30)μm for lacrimal riuer in Group Ⅰ,area was(0.025±0.017)mm2,length was(248.27±82.80)mm and height was(189.95±53.80) μm for lacrimal riuer in GroupⅡ.The height of lacrimal riuer in GroupⅡ was higher than that in GroupⅠ(P=0.048).Area and length of lacrimal riuer in Group Ⅰwere lowered after using eye drops(P=0.047,0.011);The three index increased after using eye drops,and there was statistical difference in length of lacrima riuer(P=0.04).Conclusion Using antibiotic eye drops(Ofloxacin) and sodium hyaluronate eye drops before LASIK,can lower the side effect of antibiotic eye drops and increase eye tears.更多还原
