【摘要】 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子受体-1(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1,VEGFR-1)在初发与复发翼状胬肉中的表达差异及其相关性。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测初发和复发翼状胬肉组织中VEGFR-1(各30例)的表达,并与20例正常角膜缘结膜组织对照。结果 VEGFR-1主要位于复发翼状胬肉血管内皮细胞,多样本比较秩合检验(Kruskal-Wallis法,即H值检验)结果显示:正常结膜、初发和复发翼状胬肉中VEG-FR-1表达差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.75,P=0.000)。按α=0.05水准,复发翼状胬肉中的表达最多(平均秩为50.83),其次为初发胬肉(平均秩为36.77),正常结膜组织表达最少(平均秩为25.05)。结论 VEGFR-1在复发胬肉中更高表达,提示血管组织增生可能是翼状胬肉复发的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1(VEGFR-1)in primary and recurrent pterygium.MethodsThe VEGFR-1 expression in 30 cases with primary pterygium and 30 cases with recurrent pterygium were detected with immunohistochemistry,and 20 cases with normal corneoscleral conjunctiva were set as the control.ResultsVEGFR-1 mainly located in the vascular endothelial cells,there was statistical difference among three groups(χ2=21.75,P=0.000),the expression in recurrent pterygium was the most,then the primary ones and the control in turn,the mean ranks were 50.83,36.77 and 25.05,respectively.ConclusionVEGFR-1 expresses highly in recurrent pterygium,which indicates that the vascular tissue proliferation is the important reason of recurrent pterygium.更多还原
