【摘要】 目的探讨扩展高频测听在青年人中的应用及意义。方法根据受试者年龄分为3组:20~24岁组、25~29岁组、30~35岁组,应用常规纯音测听与扩展高频测听对3组受试者进行检测和比较。结果 3组常规纯音测听各频率听阈差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。20~24岁组相同频率的扩展高频听阈优于25~29岁组,25~29岁组优于30~35岁组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论随年龄增加,扩展高频听阈逐渐提高。扩展高频测听能发现常规纯音测听所不能反映的早期听力损失,弥补常规纯音测听的不足。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application and significance of extended high frequency audiometry using in the youth.Methods The trial objects were divided into three groups according to there age: 20~24 years old group;25~29 years old group;30~35 years old group.The three groups were examined by common pure-tone audiometry and extended high frequency audiometr meanwhile comparing.Results The differences of the common pure-tone thresholds in the three groups were not statistics significances(P>0.05).Extended high frequency thresholds in the 20~24 years old group were higher than those in the 25~29 years old group and the later than the 30~35 years old group.The differences had statistics significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Following age growth,the threshold of extended high frequency audiometry increases gradually.Extended high frequency audiometry can discover early hearing loss which were normal examined by common pure-tone audiometry,thus makes up the defect of the latter.更多还原
