【Abstract】 The applications of resistance welding in microelectronic,electronic assembly and brazing have enlarged its application fields.This paper introduced the principle and application of resistance welding and resistance soldering & brazing.The defect reason of resistance soldering between connector and microstrip board was analyzed.Finally resistance soldering between connector and microstrip board was realized by means of optimization of welding procedure,solder paste print moulding board and gripping head of resistance welding machine.更多还原
