对双自转式球体研磨机构V形槽夹角的仿真研究
Simulation Research on V-groove Angle of Rotated Dual-plates Lapping Mechanism
【摘要】 介绍了用于加工精密球体的双自转式球体研磨机构。其中,V形槽夹角是影响球体加工过程和最终球体精度的重要影响因素。通过应用ADAMS软件对双自转式研磨成球过程进行运动学仿真分析,研究了V形槽夹角对自转角、自转角速度和公转角速度3个参数的影响。研究结果表明,优化后的V形槽夹角可以改善球体研磨轨迹分布的均匀性,有利于提高球体精度;特殊的V形槽夹角会使球体在公转方向上发生倒滚运动。
【Abstract】 The rotated dual-plates lapping mechanism for processing balls was introduced in the paper.The V-groove angle of the mechanism is considered as one of the most important factors that affect the manufacturing process and the precision of ball.The influences of V-groove angle are studied on three parameters including spin angle,spin angular velocity and revolution angular velocity by using the software ADAMS to simulate and analyze the lapping process based on kinematics.It is concluded that some optimized V-groove angles can improve the uniformity of lapping traces and promote the precision of ball.Some unique ones can induce the balls to roll back along the revolution circle.
