双膜温棚红地球葡萄延迟栽培关键技术研究

【摘要】 【目的】为使新疆沿天山北麓的红地球葡萄延迟至元旦后采收。【方法】以露地红地球葡萄为对照(CK),利用双膜农用温棚和热风供暖配套栽培技术,对红地球葡萄进行延迟栽培试验,测定3项果实品质指标(可溶性固形物含量、总酸含量、VC含量)和3项生长特性指标(翌年萌芽率、果枝率及新梢生长量)。【结果】与对照(冷库贮藏)相比延迟栽培的红地球葡萄可溶性固形物含量提高5.1%,总酸量降低0.55 g/kg,VC含量提高0.34 mg/100 g;翌年葡萄萌芽率降低2.7%,果枝率提高5.5%,新梢生长量提高1.2 cm。【结论】延迟栽培的红地球葡萄品质优于冷库贮藏的葡萄,且对翌年生长结果无不良影响,初步认为可以在生产上推广应用。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 The purpose of this program was to delay the harvest of the Red Globe Grape until the New Year’s Day along the Tianshan Mountain in Xinjiang.【Method】By using cultivation technology of double film and hot air heating in greenhouses,the delayed planting experiment of Red Globe Grape was done,in contrast with those in the open field,The 3 indicators of fruit quality(TSS,TA,VC) and 3 growth performance index(the germination rate of following year,fruiting branches rate and shoot growth) were measured.【Result】 The results showed that: TSS increased 5.1%,TA decreased 0.55 g/kg,VC increased 0.34 mg/100 g compared with the control(cold storage);the germination rate of following year decreased 2.7%,fruiting branches rate increased 5.5%,and shoot growth increased 1.2 cm.【Conclusion】 The quality of Red Globe Grape by delayed planting is better than that in cold storage,and no influence on the growth next year was shown,so we suggest that it can be applied in the massive production.
