双螺杆挤出机与机头间过渡体中的流场分析
Flow field analysis of transition section between twin-screw extruder and head
【摘要】 构建了多个双螺杆挤出机与机头之间过渡体的模型,以Carreau模型作为本构方程,利用POLYFLOW软件,对不同过渡体模型的三维等温流场进行了数值模拟,并运用后处理软件Fieldview,对不同过渡体模型流道的压力场、速度场和黏度场等进行了分析比较。研究结果为过渡体结构的优化提供了理论参考依据。
【Abstract】 Builds a number of transition section model between twin-screw extruder and head,uses POLYFLOW software for numerical simulation of three-dimensional isothermal flow field of different transition section models while using Carreau model as constitutive equation.And uses post-processing software Fieldview for analyzing and comparing of pressure,velocity and viscosity field of different transition section model flows.The results provide a theoretical frame of reference for the transition structure optimization.
