【摘要】 文章分析了应用型软件人才培养目标和途径,构建了创新与实践能力的培养模式,并给出依据CDIO工程教育理念设计的培养模式三级训练体系和内容、基于公司运营驱动方式设计的培养模式运行模式。实践结果表明,培养模式的构建和运行较好地促进了教学改革,有效地提高了应用型软件人才培养质量。更多还原
