【摘要】 论文以在线实践共同体生命周期为研究对象,阐释了在线实践共同体生命周期和发展之规律,即任何一个在线实践共同体都将经历形成、发展、成熟直至转变四个阶段,在每个阶段它会遭遇不同的领域问题、社团问题、实践问题、技术问题和价值问题,会面临不同的挑战。遵循在线实践共同体生命周期和发展规律,论文提出如何培育在线实践共同体的策略模型——4WHV培育策略模型。为验证4WHV培育策略模型的有效性和实践意义,论文将该培育策略模型应用于实际案例——"Sybase在线"。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on life circle of OCoPs firstly.It suggests that each OCoPs will be growth through four different stages as formation,development,mature and transition.At each stage,the OCoPs will encounter different problems in profession domain,community construction,practical topic,technical support and value evaluation.In accordance with the life circle of OCoPs,the paper proposes a new cultivating strategy model about OCoPs that is 4WHV cultivating strategy.At last,4WHV cultivating strategy model is applied in a case called "Sybase Community" to verify its functions.更多还原
