【Abstract】 This article is corcerned on the problem of "push forward distance education in rural primary and secondary schools",the sixty rules about the nineteen charpter of "State long-term development plan for education reform,combining with "2003-2008 modern Distance Education Project in rural primary and secondary schools" implemented by nation.The article discusses the following three aspects,such as good infrastructure is the premise,changing occurres in education and pushing forward promotes development.Only pushing forward continuly modern distance education in primary and secondary schools.We can achieve basic education development in rural and the realization of education of information technology.更多还原
