基于PGNAA法检测输油管道油垢厚度的初步实验研究
Preliminary Experiment on Measure the Grease Stain Thickness with PGNAA Method
【摘要】 为改进石油输送过程中的油垢检测方法,应用PGNAA(瞬发γ射线中子活化分析)法对管道同一横截面处不同探测角度时不同石蜡(模拟油垢)厚度进行γ光子计数,研究发现γ光子计数响应与探测角度有很大关系.探测角度为135°时线性相关系数的平方和测量精度都是最佳,达到0.9986和0.906mm.本工作对PGNAA法检测油垢厚度选择最佳的探测角度提供了实验基础.
【Abstract】 In order to improve the measurement method of grease stain thickness in oil pipeline,we use PGNAA(prompt gamma neutron activation analysis) method,and count γ photon for the same cross-sectional area of oil pipeline with different thickness of paraffin(simulating grease).We found that the γ photon counting response was related to detection angle.The value of square of coefficient of linear and measuring accuracy was best with angle of detection was 135° The value was 0.9986 and 0.906mm.This work provided a experimental basis to detect grease stain thickness for choosing the best angle of detection with PGNAA method.
