【摘要】 目的总结糖尿病肾病患者血液透析的低血糖及低血压并发症的发生情况,提出相应的护理对策以提高病人的生活质量。方法对2010年1月到2011年3月在我院长期进行维持性血液透析的17例糖尿病肾病患者的低血糖及低血压情况进行总结。结果 70.6%的患者出现过低血糖,88.2%的病人出现过低血压。结论低血糖和低血压是糖尿病肾病患者血液透析过程中常见的并发症,加强系统的治疗和护理是提高DN患者生活质量的关健。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the complications,hypoglycemia and hypotension,during hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy patients,and propose the nursing strategy to improve the life quality of the patients. Methods A total of 17 diabetic nephropathy patients who were maintaining their long term dialysis in our hospital were observed and their data of hypoglycemia and hypotension during hemodialysis were summarized between January,2010 and March,2011.Results There were 70.6% and 88.2% of the patients who experienced hypoglycemia and hypotension respectively. Conclusions In diabetic nephropathy patients,hypoglycemia and hypotension are the common complications during hemodialysis,and the key to improve their quality of life is to reinforce systematic treatment and nurse.更多还原
