【摘要】 目的了解普通高中与重点高中女生痛经现况及其相关心理因素之间的差异。方法随机分层抽取普通高中女生1 353人、重点高中女生673人,进行问卷调查,采用自编痛经调查问卷和心理健康诊断测验(MHT)。结果重点高中女生痛经率明显比普通高中高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.35,P<0.01);痛经组在学习焦虑、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向方面均明显高于非痛经组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);痛经组在对人焦虑方面,高于非痛经组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);重点高中女生心理问题较普通高中严重。结论多种心理因素与痛经的发生有关,重点高中因学习压力较大,容易导致学生心理失调情况,使痛经的发生率也明显高于普通高中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the differences of dysmenorrhea situation and its related psychological factors between girls from general high schools and key high schools.Methods A total of 1 353 girls chosen from general high schools and 673 from key high schools by the random stratified sampling method were surveyed with a questionnaire.The questionnaire included self-designed dysmenorrheal questionnaire and Mental Health Test(MHT).Results The prevalence rate of dysmenorrheal was significantly higher among key high school girls than that among general high school girls.The girls from key high school had more psychological problems than those from general high school.The scores of dysmenorrheal group were significantly higher than those of non-dysmenorrheal group in studying anxiety,sensitivity,body symptom,fearing tendency and impulsion tendency,and there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.01).The score of dysmenorrheal group was higher than that of non-dysmenorrheal group in interpersonal anxiety,and there was a significant difference in two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions Psychological factors are in connection with dysmenorrheal.The sensitivity and interpersonal anxiety are risk factors that affect dysmenorrhea in girls,especially girls from key high schools.Primary dysmenorrhea and psychological factors are interacted each other.更多还原
