【摘要】 目的了解高校师生亚健康状态的表现特征,为高校亚健康的识别与防治工作提供参考。方法借助中国知网(CNK I)平台,检索1998-2009年公开发表、标题中含有"亚健康"、研究对象为"教师或学生"的原著论文;提取文中亚健康的表现特征,运用SPSS11.0进行统计分析。结果共检索相关论文183篇,亚健康的常见表现为"失眠"、"疲劳感"、"烦躁不安",在文献中的出现率均在30%以上;"四肢麻木僵硬"(2χ=5.939,P=0.015)、"手脚发冷"(2χ=4.608,P=0.032)、"三观问题"(2χ校正=5.89,P=0.015)、"自杀倾向"(χ2校正=4.824,P=0.028)4个表现特征在教师和学生之间的出现率差异均有统计学意义。结论高校师生亚健康的常见表现相似,教师在躯体方面的表现高于学生,而学生在心理方面的表现高于教师。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the features of sub-health status among college teachers and students and to provide reference for the identification and prevention of sub-health.Methods The original papers were searched using CNKI platform,which were published during the period of 1998-2009,sub-health in the title,college teachers or students being subjective.The features of sub-health status were integrated from papers.Results One hundred and eighty-three papers were searched,and the main features of sub-health status were insomnia,fatigue,irritable and so on with the emergence rate more than 30% in the literature.The analysis results showed that four features emergence rates being statistically significant between college teachers and students,there were stiff or numbness of the limbs(χ2=5.939,P=0.015),cold hands and feet(χ2=4.608,P=0.032),pessimistic in the world or life or values(continuity correction χ2=5.89,P=0.015),suicidal attempts(continuity correction χ2=4.824,P=0.028).Conclusion The common features of sub-health status between college teachers and students are similar,but physical sub-health in college teacher is severer than that in college students,while psychological sub-health in college students is severer than that in college teachers.更多还原
