【摘要】 目的了解和掌握医院感染现状,为提高医院感染管理水平提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,床旁与住院病历调查相结合,对2010年10月15日的住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果被调查的1225例患者,发生医院感染34例,现患率2.78%;发生医院感染部位36例次,医院感染例次现患率为2.95%;感染部位依次为呼吸道、手术后肺炎、表浅切口、泌尿道、皮肤与软组织、腹腔组织与其它,抗菌药物使用率为56.63%。结论现患率调查可基本反应我院的医院感染情况,应当强调抗菌药物的合理应用,提高用药的科学性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of hospital infection and provide a scientific basis for improving hospital infection control.Methods A cross-sectional survey combining of bedside survey and hospital medical records review was carried out for determine nosocomial infection prevalence in hospitalized patients on 15 October 2010.Results In all 1225 patients surveyed, 34 patients were diagnosed with nosocomial infections,NI prevalence rate was 2.78%.36 cases of nosocomial infection was reported,cases prevalence rate was 2.95% times.Infection sites were respiratory tract,postoperative pneumonia,superficial wound,urinary tract,skin and soft tissue,abdominal tissue and other tissues,with a trend of ascend.Antimicrobial drug application rate was 56.63%.Conclusion Current NI prevalence survey basically represented status of hospital infection in our hospital;it should be important to emphasize rational application of antibiotics and to improve rationality of drug administration.更多还原
