【摘要】 目的评价大环内酯类药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索Ovid、Pubmed、Embase、VIP、CNKI、CBMdisc并手工检索发表与未发表的相关文献,收集大环内酯类药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的随机对照试验(RCT)。按纳入标准筛选试验、评价文献治疗、提取有效数据,采用Revman5.0.7软件进行统计分析。结果在纳入的17个RCT,1234例COPD患者中,大环内酯类能有效减少其痰量、呼吸困难评分,改善肺功能、活动耐力、生存质量,降低急性加重次数和住院率。治疗期间不良反应以胃肠道不适为主,大多可以耐受。结论大环内酯类药物可能是一种相对安全和有效的治疗COPD稳定期的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of macrolides in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) on stable stage.Methods We searched Ovid,Pubmed,Embase,VIP,CNKI,CMBdic for randomized control trials(RCT) about Macrolides to treat stable COPD.Trial screening,quality assessment of included trials,and data extract were conducted.We used RevMan 5.0.7 software for data analysis.Results A total of 17 randomized control trials involving 1234 patients were included.The meta-analyses show: Macrolides therapy was proved more effective in improving lung function,quality of life,exercise tolerance and in reducing sputum volume,dypsnea,exacerbations,hospitalizations.The drug was well tolerated except for some gastrointestinal symptoms.Conclusion Macrolides may be a kind of medicine relatively safe and effective for COPD.更多还原
