【摘要】 目的探讨临床路径在新生儿病理性黄疸中的应用效果。方法将98例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿随机分为实验组(49例)和对照组(49例),实验组按制订好的医、护、患、临床路径表实施每日诊疗护理工作,对照组采用传统医疗护理方法。结果实验组患儿的平均住院日和平均住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);患者满意度和健康知识评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床路径应用于新生儿病理性黄疸患儿能降低住院费用,减少住院天数,提高健康教育的效果和患者满意度,可以在基层医院推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of the application of clinical pathway on newborns’ pathological icterus diagnosis.Methods 98 newborns with pathologic jaundice were randomly divided into the experiment group(49 cases) and the control group(49 cases).Good schemes of medical,nursing,patients and clinical pathway were made for the experiment group and implement daily diagnosis,nursing work according to the scheme.The control group was treated with traditional medical methods.Results The average time of hospital stay and the average hospitalization cost of the experiment group were less than those of control group(P<0.05).Patients’ satisfaction and the score of health knowledge were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway’s application in newborns pathological icterus disease can reduce hospitalization cost and time and enhance the performance of health education and patient satisfaction.It can be applied in basic-level hospitals.更多还原
