【摘要】 目的比较益母草注射液和缩宫素注射液在临床宫缩中的应用效果。方法将133例剖宫产术后3天的产妇,随机分为实验组(注射益母草注射液)76例,对照组(注射缩宫素注射液)57例,两组从术后第一天起分别在早、晚8∶30进行肌肉注射益母草注射液1 ml或缩宫素注射液10u,连续3天,且于每天上午8∶30注射结束后,由管床护士采用数字评分与视觉模拟评分法观察评价产妇宫缩疼痛情况。结果两种宫缩剂注射后引起宫缩痛的疼痛强度,第一天时间段内两组间无差异(P>0.05);第二天、第三天其宫缩痛疼痛强度益母草显著轻于缩宫素,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在保证产后不发生或少发生产后大出血的前提下,同时兼顾产妇感受,减少其痛苦,使产妇能够在相对舒适、愉快、少痛苦的情绪下接受医生的治疗,推荐剖宫产术后尽可能选用益母草注射液。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose was compared the uterine contract-pain after the caesarean section using herba leonuri and oxytocin.Methods 133 cases with caesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,including Oxytocin group(36 cases) and in,herba leonuri group(97 cases),which were injected 1ml Herba leonuri and 10u Oxytocin respectively at 8:30 am.and 8:30 pm.from the first day after the caesarean section for three days.The uterine contract-pain by numeric rating scales and visual analogue scales were observed.Results the pain of the patients treated with herba leonuri was less than that with oxytocin in 2nd,3rd days(P<0.01).Conclusion The Herba leonuri should be widely used after the caesarean section by decreasing pain in clinic.更多还原
