【摘要】 目的探讨尿视黄醇结合蛋白(URBP)、尿转铁蛋白(UTRf)和α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)对呼吸衰竭早期肾损伤的诊断意义。方法用免疫透射比浊法和放射免疫法对71例呼吸衰竭患者和63例健康体检者进行URBP、UTRf、尿微量白蛋白(UmALB)和α1-MG检测。结果呼吸衰竭组URBP、UTRf、α1-MG较正常对照组显著增高(P<0.01),且URBP与UmALB呈正相关。结论 URBP、UTRf、Uα1-MG可作为诊断呼吸衰竭早期肾损伤的敏感指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To explore the diagnostic value of urinary retinolbinding protein(URBP)、transferrin(UTRF)and α1-microglobulin(Uα1-MG)for the early renal injury caused by respiratory failure.Methods The levels of URBP,UTRF,Uα1-MG and UmALB in urine samples from 71 patients with the early renal injury caused by respiratory failure and 63 healthy controls were measured with mmune turbidimetric test and the radioimmunoassay.Results The levels of URBP,UTRf and α1-MG of the patient group were significant higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and URBP was significantly positively associated with UmALB.Conclusion URBP,UTRf and Uα1-MG were sensitive diagnositic indicators for early renal injury caused by respiratory failure.更多还原
