【摘要】 目的探讨Livin蛋白表达与膀胱癌的临床病理学参数和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测69例膀胱尿路上皮癌组织和10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中Livin蛋白的表达情况,结合临床病理学的回顾性资料,分析它们之间的相关性。结果 Livin蛋白在膀胱癌尿路上皮组织中阳性表达率为65.2%,而在正常膀胱黏膜组织中不表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Livin蛋白表达与肿瘤病理分级、分期及病灶数量无关(均P>0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,Livin蛋白表达与肿瘤5年无复发生存率呈负相关(P<0.05),与患者5年总生存率及肿瘤特异性生存率无关(均P>0.05)。结论 Livin蛋白高表达可能在膀胱癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,有望成为膀胱癌预后预测的一个新分子指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationships of expression of livin protein with clinicopathologic parameters and prognosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma(BUC).Methods Immunohistochemical method by SP was used to detect the expression of livin protein in 69 BUC tissue and 10 normal bladder epithelium tissue.Theirs correlations were analyzed in relation to clinicopathologic and retrospective data.Results The positive rate of livin protein expression in BUC tissues was 65.2%,but not in normal bladder epithelium tissues.For BUC,the expression of livin protein was not correlated with the pathological grade,TNM stage and focus number(P>0.05).According to Kaplan-Meier analysis,the expression of livin protein was negatively associated with 5-year recurrence-free survival rate(P<0.05),whereas without 5-year overall and tumor specific survival rate(P>0.05).Conclusion The increased expression of livin protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of BUC,and might serve as a molecular marker of prognosis in BUC.更多还原
