CS保温承重墙板耐火性试验研究
The fire-resistance test on the CS wallboard of insulate and bearing
【摘要】 对聚苯乙烯斜插钢丝网架喷射混凝土复合承重墙板(CS细石混凝土板)进行了材料和构造设计,在国家固定灭火系统和耐火构件质量监督检验中心进行了足尺寸(4 140mm×3 700mm×240mm)板材加载耐火性试验。实验结果表明,采用C25强度等级混凝土并采用喷射施工技术成型的混凝土复合保温板,其聚苯乙烯板厚度为130mm,混凝土层厚度达55mm。在轴向荷载作用下,在按标准时间-温度曲线加热实验条件下,经3h未丧失承载力、完整性、隔热性,达到防火一级的国家标准要求。具有斜插丝聚苯乙烯保温层的喷射细石混凝土结构与抹灰砂浆等复合板相比具有良好的耐火性,耐火极限达到3h,可作为防火墙使用,可满足我国几乎各类建筑承重墙防火设计的最高等级要求。
【Abstract】 The material and structural design to the composite load bearing wallboard produced by jet concrete with polystyrene and inclined steel wire frame was done.The fire-resistance of full size wallboard(4 140 mm×3 700 mm×240 mm) has been test with load bearing in China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Fixed Fire-fighting System and Fire-resisting Building Components.The result shows that,the composite insulate wallboard,which has been mould by C25 jet concrete in thick of 55 mm with 130 mm polystyrene,has not lose its bearing capacity and integrity and heat insulation under axial loads within standard time-temperature condition after 3 h.Its fire-resistance satisfied first greed of national code for building fire-resistance design.The fire resistance of the wallboard of fine aggregate jet concrete with polystyrene and inclined steel wire frame is better than those of wallboards produced by mortar-plastering.The wallboard’s fire-resistance limit is longer than 3 h,so that,it can be used as firewall to meet almost all kinds of highest fire-resistance requirement of buildings in our country for load bearing.
