全氟己基磺酰类化合物的合成及表面性能

【摘要】 以全氟己基磺酰氟与N,N′-二甲基-1,3丙二胺反应得到全氟己基磺酰胺,后者分别与过氧化氢和碘甲烷作用得到全氟己基磺酰胺氧化物和全氟己基磺酰季铵盐。通过MS和1H NMR等方法对产物进行了表征,表面张力等性能测试表明,产物具有较强的表面活性,其中全氟己基磺酰胺氧化物的最低表面张力可达16.35 mN/m。

【Abstract】 With perfloro hexylsulfonyl fluoride and N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine as the raw material,Intermediate products of perfluorinated hexyl sulfonamide was synthesized.With H2O2 on the intermediate products oxidation,perfluorinated hexylsulfonamide oxide was synthesized;with CH3I and intermed iate products reaction,perfluorinated hexylsulfonyl ammonium salt was synthesized.They and their intermediate were characterized By MS and HNMR;They were measured to the surface tension.Perfluorinated hexyl sulfonamide oxides and quaternary ammonium sulfonamide have better surface tension,which has the lowest surface tension of 16.35 mN/m.
